Victoria

                  Recruiter - Victoria  is one of two RN recruiters working at DCH. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Psychology. Victoria started as an intern in the human resources office. She is devoted team player and enjoys serving her community.

Kimberly

                   HR Analyst - Kimberly joined the DCH Health System in early 2017.  She has an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems – Programming and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology Management.  She is a member of the HRIS team, and uses her broad knowledge and skills assisting Recruiters with recruiting and onboarding new talent.

Angelia

                   HR Assistant - Angelia  joined the Health System and Human Resources in October 2000 and currently holds the position of Senior HR Representative.  A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Angelia is proud alumnus of Central High School, Stillman College and Troy University and actively supports her community.

Kelly

                   HR Recruiter - Kelly is a recent addition to our DCH Health System Recruitment Team.  She has 15 years of Human Resources experience and over 27 years of customer service experience.

Yolanda

                   HR Recruiter - Yolanda has worked with the recruitment team since July 2016. She graduated from UAB with a degree in Sociology and UWA with a Masters in Counseling/Psychology. She is excited to focus her passion for community engagement into opportunities for recruitment within the DCH System.

Jennifer

                   HR Recruiter - Jennifer is one of two RN recruiters working at DCH. She is a graduate of Northwest Florida State College. Jennifer has 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. She started her career with DCH as Administrative/Staffing Coordinator in the RMC Emergency Department. She enjoys volunteering in the church and community. Jennifer takes pride in working to make DCH Health System a success.

Lori

                   Director - Lori has over 25 years' experience in various employee benefits and HR roles.  She is responsible for the leadership and management of the DCH Health System compensation programs, employee recruitment, workforce development programs and HRIS.

 

Ms. Royer has a BS in Health Care Management from The University of Alabama and an MBA from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Royer is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Tuscaloosa Human Resource Professionals (THRP).

Ken

                   Recruiter - Ken is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and was actually born at DCH (Formerly Druid City Hospital). He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and has worked in recruitment since 1989, the last 15 years with the DCH Health System.  Along with his wife Lillie, a Registered Nurse at DCH, they share a combined 50 years of service to our health system “I guess you can say they are a true DCH Family.”

Jean

                   HR Coordinator - Jean is the HRIS Compensation Coordinator for the DCH Health System.  She’s has over 15 years of HR experience, and her favorite quote is from Ralph Waldo Emerson’s poem, “What is success?” - “… To leave the world a bit better … This is to have succeeded”.  Working in healthcare regardless of the position is a great start to succeeding.

Karen

                   HR Analyst - Karen has worked for DCH Human Resources for 19 years, with a brief stent in Payroll.  Karen oversees the DCH Time and Attendance system.

Vicki

                    HR Assistant - Vicki was born and raised in Ohio, lived in southern California for almost 20 years and happily settled here in Tuscaloosa where she has worked for the DCH Health System for 20+ years.  She loves her job!

Holly

                   HR Recruiter - Holly joined the DCH Health System Recruitment Team in mid-2018.  She has a Bachelor’s degree In Human Resource Management from the University of South Alabama.  Holly enjoys placing candidates in positions that grow their career as well as make a positive contribution to the organization.
